The objective of the Bachelor in Business Administration is to provide students with a broad view of today's changing business organizations, as well as the basic tools to develop creative strategies and leadership in order to attain success in the business world through innovation and productivity, whether a student chooses to join an existing business or start a new one. In order to accomplish this objective the program combines theory with courses that have an emphasis in how to turn knowledge into discernable results, and includes activities oriented towards developing leadership, communication and strategic thinking.
