MAU represented by Kathleen Kessler, participated in the annual NACAC event held at the DoubleTree Miami Mart/Airport Hotel and Exhibition Center. This college fair is geared for high school juniors and seniors looking to gain information on colleges across the country and in their own home town. The event coordinators expected a turnout of 8,000 to 10,000 students to attend, in actuality I would estimate about half that amount of students showed. The venue was superb, and the students were extremely prepared on the questions and goals they had set forth to ask various college representatives. Anything from; “what kind of sports does your university offer?” to “how long will it take to become a CEO?” MAU is a gem that is being uncovered and received well by all who inquire.
